CAN YOU ADD ONE MORE?

If 1 million people lost their homes in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama, and it's not that many people, probably less than half that but we'll use 1 million for this example, can't we take the $200 billion George Bush has now promised and just give each of them $200,000 cash? Everyone could just go to Las Vegas or Los Angeles and put a $100,000 down on a condo and party like hell for a couple of years (and of course, look for a new job in the meantime) on the other 100 grand. And, as I said, it's probably closer to half that number of people, so you could party, and look for a job, for about 4 or 5 years.

I want in on that deal...
