Max Mayfield, the Director of the National Hurricane Center, told Bush the day BEFORE the hurricane in a video conference call that the levees in New Orleans could be breached.
Now Bush has changed his story and is spouting the Republicans' lying talking point that every one was saying that New Orleans "had dodged the bullet". Many Republicans have even lied about there being several newspapers with that headline. That's a lie.
